Placing Your Order Prior to an Event

We want to ensure we accommodate all of your food and beverage requirements!  Please place your orders no later than 4:00 p.m., two (2) business days prior to the event. 

Orders placed later than two (2) business days prior to an event, will be processed as an event day order.  These orders will be subject to EVENT DAY PRICING and will be delivered after all pre-ordered items have been delivered.

To place an order via phone or email, please call (916) 928-8187 and speak with our Suite Food and Beverage Manager.  Orders can also be placed by fax at (916) 928-8199.  Please provide us with the contact person’s information so we may confirm your order. 

If you are ordering during an event from outside the arena, please dial 928-0000 or 928-6931 and ask for ext. 2540, to speak to a Suites Supervisor.

Order Cancellations

Should you need to cancel a food or beverage order, please contact our Suite Catering office at (916) 928-8187.  No charges will be incurred provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

Ordering During the Event


Food or Beverage orders can be placed from your suite by dialing ext. 2540 from the house phone, located in your suite or by placing an order with your suite host/hostess.

Please allow 30 minutes for delivery of all food orders placed during the event. 

Please note that ALL food and beverage consumed in the suites must be purchased from Suite Catering or Arena Concession Stands.  NO OUTSIDE food or beverage may be brought into the arena or into your suite.  Should you have special dietary restrictions, please contact our suites catering office.

Day of event ordering is provided as a convenience to our guests however, it is designed to supplement your pre-event order, not replace it.   Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.

 

Methods of Payment

Suite holders may pay for food and beverages with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. 
Suite Catering will need your credit card number at the time orders are placed. 

An 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage purchases.  This gratuity is split between your suite server and runner, so an additional gratuity is neither expected nor required.  If, however, you feel that exemplary service has warranted an additional reward, we have provided space on your credit card receipt to designate such gratuity.

Par Stocking System
Suite holders are encouraged to utilize our par stocking system for beverage selections.  A par level will be established to your satisfaction and as beverages are depleted, your suite inventory will automatically be replenished to its original par levels after each event.  An invoice will be provided for you at your request.

Suite Food and Beverage Delivery, Equipment and Disposables
Pre-ordered beverages will be in your suite prior to your arrival.  Pre-ordered food can be delivered either one (1) hour prior to the start of the event or at the start of the event.

Certain gourmet items will not be delivered to your suite until you arrive, so please coordinate delivery with your suite server.  Should you desire a special delivery time, please communicate this when placing your order.

All necessary chafing dishes and other service items will be provided in addition to an adequate supply of cups, plates, napkins, etc.  Should you desire to entertain with china, silverware, or glassware our Suite Food and Beverage Manager will be please to quote you prices and arrange this for you.

Personalized Services
During events, suite servers will be assigned to deliver your food and beverage orders as well as taking additional orders.

Should you desire a Private Attendant or Bartender, please contact our Suite Manager and allow seven (7) days notice if an attendant is desired.  The cost for a Private Attendant or Bartender is $150.00 per event.

Alcoholic Beverages
California law requires that all alcoholic beverages consumed in the suites be purchased from Suite Catering or Arena Concessions.  Alcoholic beverage orders may be placed:

  • With your pre-event food order,
  • Utilizing our par stocking system, or
  • Anytime after you arrive for an event (until last call).

We would be pleased to honor any special requests given adequate notice.

The minimum drinking age in the State of California is 21 years of age.  It is the responsibility of your suite host to monitor the consumption of alcoholic beverages within their suite.
